Millennium Challenge Account-Indonesia (MCA-Indonesia) adalah lembaga wali amanat
yang dibentuk oleh Pemerintah Indonesia sebagai pelaksana Program Compact. Sesuai dengan Perjanjian Millennium Challenge Compact, Pemerintah Indonesia harus membentuk Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) yang menjadi institusi pengelola hibah. Dengan dasar hukum Peraturan Menteri Negara Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional/Kepala Badan Perencanaan Nasional Nomor 2 Tahun 2012, pada 2 April 2013, MCA-Indonesia resmi dibentuk sebagai lembaga wali amanat pengelola hibah Compact. Pada saat yang sama, Program Compact secara resmi beroperasi di Indonesia.

1.  Social and Gender Assessment Project Specialist, Health & Nutrition and Procurement Modernization

Position Objective:

The Social & Gender Assessment (SGA) Project Specialist   will provide support for SGA team on substantive inputs to the gender integration activity implementation under the Community-based Health and Nutrition to Reduce Stunting (Nutrition) and Procurement Modernization (PM). The SGA Project Specialist will also support the planning, implementation and Monitoring of SGIP in the respective projects and other SGA activities, and events. SGA Nutrition and PM Project Specialist will report to the SGA Director. She or he will work closely with the Nutrition and PM team, its contractors and subcontractors, government counterparts and key-stakeholders.
Terms and Conditions:
•    The appointment will be for a period of one year with the option to renew the term upon satisfactory review of the professional’s services/performance by MCA-Indonesia.
•    The duty station will be at MCA-Indonesia Office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
•    Competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience.

2.  Grant Specialist

 

Position Objective:
The Specialist will assist and advise of all aspect of the grant management process and financial oversight of the grants. This responsibilities will include:
–    Assist in reviewing relevant proposed project/program and relevant budget
–    As directed by the Grant Manager, assist the Project/Technical teams (Associate Directors/Managers) in ensuring performance measurement.
–    Work with the GMT in structuring payment schedule against project milestones/deliverables
–    Administer grant disbursement requests for payment
–    Assist in reviewing grants settlements
–    Ensuring compliance with MCC’s, MCA-Indonesia’s, current rules and
–    Other administrative task that relates to grant’s financial administration
Terms and Conditions:
•    The appointment will be for a period of one year with the option to renew the term up to three times and will not exceed the end of the MCA-I compact period, subject to satisfactory performance of services.
•    The duty station will be at MCA-Indonesia Office in Jakarta, Indonesia, with frequent travels to GP locations.
•    Competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience.

3.  Contract Management Specialist

Position Objective:

The Contract Management Specialist shall provide a broad range of contract management services. The CMS shall ensure that contract administration and procurement activities are conducted in compliance with the principles, rules and procedures set out in MCC Procurement Guidelines, Indonesia Compact Agreement, and any Supplemental Agreements with respect to Compact funded activities.
Terms and Conditions:
•    The appointment will be for a period of one year with the option to renew the term up to three times or until the end of the MCA-Indonesia Compact period whichever is the earliest, subject to satisfactory performance of services.
•    The duty station will be at MCA-Indonesia Office in Jakarta, Indonesia. May require with travels to Project’s locations.
•    Competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience.

4.  Director, Green Prosperity Project

Position Objective:
Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director for Program, the Green Prosperity (GP) Project Director will manage $332 million. S/he will be responsible for successful implementation of the GP Project and recruit, direct, and supervise a team of technical specialists (the GP Team) that will manage and support the primary activities of the GP Project. In addition, the Green Prosperity Project Director will serve as the main contact for the GP Project with Government of Indonesia counterparts, civil society, GP project beneficiaries, community and private sector representatives, service providers, provinces and district multi-stakeholder forums.

•    The duty station will be at MCA-Indonesia Office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
