Lowongan Kerja di Sanimas untuk NMC (Pusat), PT Amurwa International. Untuk jangka waktu 36 Bulan (3 tahun).

Yang dibutuhkan antara lain :

1. Team Leader/Project Management Specialist 
2. Deputy Team Leader/Financial Management Specialist
3. Community Development/Gender Specialist 
4. Hygiene/Behavioral Change Specialist 
5. PPME/ Management Information System (MIS) Specialist 
6. Training Specialist 
7. Technical Sanitation Specialist 1 
8. Technical Sanitation Specialist 2

Dengan kualifikasi :

Team LeaderPreferably the candidate holda Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering or environmental/sanitary engineering, with 10 years of experience as a team leader and project management specialist in the urban sanitation with Community Driven Development (CDD) approach.she/he preferably.

Deputy Team Leader/Financial Management Specialist The proposed candidate should have a bachelor degree in economic or accounting, with 8 years of experience as a financial specialist in assignments of similar nature as financial specialistinprojects with CDD approach. The proposed candidate should also have experience as project accounting and or auditing specialist of a long-term IDB, World Bank, or international funding agencies-financed projects.

Community Development/Gender SpecialistHe/She should have bachelor degree in social or communication or similar advance degree with 8yearsexperience as community/gender specialist in assignments of similar nature (urban sanitation projects with CDD approach). He/She is responsible to oversee the overall participatory process of all stakeholders involved in the project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

Hygiene/Behavioral Change Specialist

The proposed candidate preferably have a Bachelor Degree in public health or similar advanced degree from a recognized university, with 8 years experience as hygiene/behavioral change specialist in assignments of similar nature (urban sanitation community based development projects). The proposed candidate should also have demonstrated ability to work congenially and productively with consultants, counterparts, and other project stakeholders in a team context.

PPME/ Management Information System (MIS) SpecialistPreferably have a bachelor (S1) degree in Information Technology or similar advance degree with 8 years experience as PPME/MIS specialist in assignments of similar nature (urban sanitation project applying CDD approach). He/She is responsible for the overall project monitoring and evaluation systems including design MIS and website. Thecandidate will develop systems for, and undertake, monitoring and evaluation of project technical, disbursement performance, the delivery of the planned infrastructure, facilities, activities and programs, the achievement of project objectives and Project social and economic benefits.

Training SpecialistThe candidate should hold a bachelor degree in education / sanitary engineer/ social / community health with 8 years experience as a training specialist in assignmentsof similar nature (training and human resources development in sanitation applying CDD approach projects).

Technical Sanitation Specialist 1 & 2The candidates should hold a bachelor degree in sanitation or civil engineering with 8 years experience as sanitation specialist in assignmentsof similar nature (sanitation projects with CDD approach)
